If you won’t be in to collect the consignment from the courier it’s not a problem, in most cases, your order will be left in a safe place. However, if not and delivery has been attempted the courier will leave a calling card. With all of our shipping options, you will be allowed 3 delivery attempts. If 3 attempts are made and there is no answer the consignment will be returned back to us. You will be able to rearrange delivery at your convenience, check the instructions on the calling card for more information.
